Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding in their original condition will be accepted. The merchandise must be sent back in the original condition (cannot be used, worn, combed, brushed, washed, cut, or altered in any way) due to sanitary reasons and the safety of our customers and staff, along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise. Re-shipping charges will apply. Products such as flat irons that come with a manufacturer warranty can be replaced for the same brand and item within the given warranty period only on the condition of manufacturer defects. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused. If the wrong or damaged products are received, please call us within 24 hours at 281-720-6857
Store Credit Policy
Store credit will be given on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding only, as long as they are returned in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) from Sylk Ova Hair Co. If an order that received free shipping returns unclaimed (return to shipper), a flat shipping fee of $15.00 plus a return charge of $12.00, totaling $27.00, will be deducted before the store credit is issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding only in original condition will be given with a 10% service charge minus the shipping charge. Requests for a refund must be made in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the original card. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. If an order that received free shipping returns unclaimed (return to shipper), a flat shipping fee of $15.00 plus a return charge of $12.00, totaling $27.00, will be deducted before the refund is issued. If you are returning for a refund on any orders that you have received free shipping, then a flat shipping fee of $15.00 plus a 10% service charge will be deducted before the refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Items such as wigs, wiglets, ponytails, clip-on pieces, hairpieces, synthetics, hair care products, all equipment, tapes, glues, accessories, DVDs, discontinued, and clearance items are not returnable for exchange, store credit, or refund. Custom orders and made-to-order items are not returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
